This seminar will introduce Dr. Blair’s innovative concepts of osseous malformation and asymmetry that can often falsify misalignments. His unique concept of atlas motion will be discussed in detail. Marking X-rays, using Blair condyle protracto views, graphing, leg balance tests, and same -side atlas adjusting will be completely covered. The Blair toggle torque recoil is a custom tailored atlas correction. Feel the confidence that can be gained by taking and reading these excellent cervical x-rays and making the precision atlas adjustment!
This seminar will begin by reviewing the C-1 information covered in the Primary Seminar. Enlarged slide views of atlanto-occipital articulations will be exhibited. Axis motion and subluxation listings will be the mainstay of this seminar. Three dimensional / stereoscopic x-rays will be observed through 3-D view boxes and binoculars. Taking and interpreting stereoscopic views along with the precision adjustments, including the unique anterior C-2 subluxations, will be covered in detail by the instructor(s). Few chiropractors have been trained in taking and reading stereoscopic x-rays. Join this elite group!
The Advanced Blair Seminar reviews both the Primary and Intermediate material and helps iron out any weaknesses and answers questions that may arise. Side-opposite adjustments are sometimes necessary when the segment is inaccessible or the joint angles too steep. These alternative contact points can be of excellent help in patients that may be difficult to adjust. Occasionally, because of a major accident or two separate injuries, a patient may actually be subluxated on both articulations. These “double misalignments” can be corrected one at a time, smallest subluxation first. Another way of correcting these double misalignments is by making a single adjustments, all of which will be covered in their entirety. Let Blair Upper Cervical be your pathway to lead others to unparalleled wellness and excellence in Chiropractic.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND SEMINAR REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY:
Due to the overwhelming amount of last minute cancellations, and the headaches that causes, the board approved to enforce a registration refund policy. We are charged credit card fee for when we accept the payment for a registration, and then charged fees for when we have to process a refund. It is not fair to the society financially to have to absorb the credit card fees with both of these transactions.
- We will be charging a 10% handling charge on all refunds requested. If you request a refund prior to 14 days before the seminar or conference, then a refund can be processed back to the card used to pay less 10%.
- If cancellation or refund is requested inside of two weeks from the seminar or conference, there will be no monetary refund but a credit on the individuals Blair account less 10%.
- Any students who register and ask for a hotel room and do not notify us more than 14 days prior to the conference that they cannot attend will not receive any refunds or credits and the total registration amount will be forfeited.
We experienced a lot of students who registered, paid, and asked for hotel accommodations at the conference and did not call to cancel until it was too late to cancel the rooms. We were out the costs of the hotel accommodations for students who did not show up. At this point we will be placing the registration fees back on their student membership account to be used to attend another seminar or conference. However, going forward any students who register and ask for a hotel room and do not notify us more than 14 days prior to the conference that they cannot attend will not receive any refunds or credits and the total registration amount will be forfeited.
